Thank you Christine (and your husband) for the princely welcome in spite of my late arrival (My apologies again ) Thank you for the time spent on the presentation of the stud farm that I am really happy to know now! Good luck in this patient, precise and delicate work, entirely carried by a deep love of horses. See you very soon, I hope !
Best regards.

Super welcome, stunning horses who are calm and happy, passionate breeders open with an ethic similar to mine. Christine knew how to introduce me to Lusitanians, and to make me adore them !

This is a very professional stud farm with a real quality of horses. Christine knows how to take the time to get to know her customers to better understand exactly what their needs are, and so create the future horse/ rider couple. The foals are handled from a young age and they are confident and trust people. Super products, with a beautiful locomotion, a very good conformation, an excellent mental attitude and a real personality. Everyone can find what they are looking for here!

Nomade learns so quickly ! We began the free training work just over a month ago and at the same time we attacked a bit of dressage work appropriate for his growth, everything without a bit and with lots of pleasure.
By curiosity I proposed him a Puissance a few weeks ago, which finished at 1m15 with no effort from him. What a jump !!

La Paz is fantastic and a real pleasure every day. She doesn’t go unnoticed; I did a training course and received lots of complements about her. Meeting La Paz is one of the most beautiful experiences that I have had in the time I have been riding.

In 2020 I turned 70 years old. I wanted a sensible horse which would enable me to go out for rides safely and to do dressage, possibly in competitions
In 2020 Danouk was 7 years old, and was finishing her career as a brood mare in order to become a sport horse We met in July and the complicity between us was immediate: she is brave, she wants to please and she always tries to understand what her rider is asking, even if it is a new movement. With her I feel safe in all circumstances. Everything I dreamt of.

The Lusitanian had filled me with awe for a long time; its beauty, its finesse, its energy and its mental attitude.
When i discovered Christine’s stud farm, I straightaway found the ingredients I was looking for, (quality of horses, excellent living conditions, a real accompaniment by the breeder).
And one day, I had the good fortune to buy Rachmaninov de St Jean, son of Jasmim Plus (Escorial) and Niagara, (Violino Do Retiro).
I invite the lovers of Lusitanians and dressage cross breeds to come and visit St Jean stud farm!

I was completely seduced by this stud farm, its human scale and attention to all the little needs of its products.
High level monitoring.
Progressive handling and education (grooming, loading in the trailer etc).
Early training and starting the horse under saddle by a qualified sport horse specialist .
Regular farrier, dentist and osteopath care.
Gradual increase in training for young horses prioritizing outdoor riding.
Attention to the progress of each horse depending on the individual.
In addition to its quality, St Jean stud farm is above all a name you can trust.
